While that's just a post by a random person online, it seems to line up with pdf page 6 from this CA BAR doc: I see information posted out there like here. I'm seeing more information recently of checking for ECU's that don't match the default factory values. They use the OBD port to do smog checks on cars nowadays and you will most likely fail with a tune.Thanks - my thoughts would be switching back to a stock tune (if had any concerns it would fail due to anything being coded out).
If you have anything coded out with the tune you will fail.
